Warren Bosshart, 66, formerly of Fox Lake

September 8, 2018

Warren J. Bosshart, 66, formerly of Fox Lake, died peacefully at his home Saturday, Sept. 1, 2018, at Prairie Ridge in Beaver Dam.

Warren was born July 16, 1952, in Milwaukee, the son of Walter and Elaine (Pierce) Bosshart. He was a 1970 graduate of Custer High School where he was active in sports, especially football and tennis. He then served his country for four years in the U.S. Marines. Warren was united in marriage to Mary Kathryn Petroske in Milwaukee on Oct. 23, 1976. Together, Warren and Mary purchased a home on the shores of Fox Lake and made it their permanent home in the spring of 2000. Warren held various jobs over the years and was recently employed with Sharkey’s Cleaning of Juneau. He loved his cleaning jobs in the Beaver Dam area, along with all the people he had met through these jobs. In March of this year, his failing health forced him into retirement. Warren enjoyed some gardening over the years and looked forward to eating fish on Friday nights, which he spent more often than not at the Wharf with his buddy Gary. He enjoyed peaceful evenings at home watching sci-fi movies, Packers games and college basketball during March Madness.

Warren will be sadly missed and mourned by his children, Jeanette Bosshart and Robert Bosshart, both of Fox Lake; other relatives and friends.

Warren was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Mary on April 29, 2014; and a half- brother, Richard.

As per Warren’s wishes, no services will be held.
