OSCARS-GOVERNORS AWARDS — The Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences are hosting the 10th annual Governors Awards Sunday in Hollywood, handing out honorary Oscars to actress Cicely Tyson, publicist Marvin Levy and composer Lalo Schifrin.
