Womenfolk to open in The Courtyard

December 1, 2018

Jackson’s newest consignment shop, Womenfolk, opens this weekend at 140 E. Broadway in The Courtyard, next door to artist Amy Ringholz’s gallery.

Amberley Baker and Greer Freed’s shop, open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, will offer designer and vintage women’s clothing, accessories, jewelry and shoes.

“What we think is special about our collection is the majority is all sourced and found here in town locally or from women who have a connection in Jackson,” Freed said. “We want to create this community of women sharing items that are special to them but do not fit their lifestyle anymore.”

Womenfolk will be open only on weekends and by appointment. If you’d like to show some clothing, the best way to get started is to email Greer@womenfolkjh.com.

“We do hand pick each item,” Freed said.

You can keep up to date on the shop on Facebook or Instagram (womenfolk_jh).
