May 5, 2019

Highland Tower Condominiums, located just inside the Loop at 2207 Bancroft, provides a unique living experience in an exclusive, luxury high-rise setting.

This prime location set within walking distance to Highland Village, Central Market and only a brief drive to some of Houston’s finest restaurants is a place where residents can find all their needs met.

Kathrine Johnson, general manager at Highland Tower Condominiums, said their residents enjoy the Galleria and River Oaks District location with only a short distance to downtown Houston.

“Our close proximity to the Galleria and Uptown Park is an added convenience for shopping, dining and urban living,” Johnson said.

Built in 2010 with 93 units on the 17-floor building, Highland Tower was developed by Pelican Builders, which anticipated the needs of residents. All units are privately owned. The facility is managed in house by a homeowners association.

“Unit sizes include one, two, and three bedrooms from 850 square feet to over 2,000 square feet. In addition, the covered garage with assigned parking and visitor parking are an added convenience for our residents,” said Johnson.

Buyers can find comfortable luxury at Highland Towers for under $400,000 with spacious balconies, hardwood floors, and a high-end kitchen complete with Carrara marble counters and more.

Amenities were created for a luxury lifestyle, complete with a kitchen with Bosch appliances, gas cooktops, wine coolers, full-access designer cabinetry with chef’s pantries and more. Kohler faucets are offered in fully appointed kitchens and baths, as well as soaking tubs to relax.

Interior touches in the home range from Lauzon engineered 4-inch hardwood flooring throughout the home to double-glazed commercial grade aluminum windows. Master bedroom closets are finished with shelving and aluminum rods, and ceiling heights are at 10 feet for standard residences and 11 feet for Summit level and Penthouses.

Outdoors, residents can enjoy an infinity-edge pool with Galleria-area views, a covered outdoor poolside pavilion, state-of-the-art fitness center, and paved courtyards among tranquil green space. Residents can entertain in the dining room with catering kitchen, or at the private party lounge for friends and family.

“The fifth floor outside terrace includes beautiful landscaping, along with large cabana with gas grill and two fireplace settings. Last but not least, the sparkling pool, with large palm trees, is an asset to the condominiums,” Johnson added.

Residents are well taken care of with personal attention, said Johnson.

“Highland Tower Condominium amenities include 24/7 concierge staff, valet services, an on-site management team, a resident Lounge Room and Wine Room for special events,” she said.

Safety is always a priority for residents. In addition to the 24/7 concierge service, Highland Tower was 100 percent operational during Hurricane Harvey using a generator for backup power.
