HopeHealth adds new provider

FLORENCE, S.C. – Nurse practitioner Tim Weaver, who has more than 20 years of experience in health care, has joined the staff of the HopeHealth Medical Plaza in Florence.

Weaver, a native of Darlington, is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. He is a U.S. Air Force veteran, and he and 99 other nurses were presented a Palmetto Gold Award in 2017.

He earned a bachelor of science in nursing from the University of Texas-Arlington and his master of science in nursing-family nurse practitioner from Walden University in Minneapolis.

HopeHealth is one of 23 nonprofit, federally qualified health centers in South Carolina. It provides health care services to individuals in Florence, Clarendon and Williamsburg counties and infectious diseases services in Aiken, Clarendon, Florence, Orangeburg and Williamsburg counties.
