Diamond Hill Investment Group: 2Q Earnings Snapshot
COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) _ Diamond Hill Investment Group Inc. (DHIL) on Wednesday reported second-quarter net income of $14.4 million.
The Columbus, Ohio-based company said it had earnings of $4.08 per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring gains, were $3.57 per share.
The investment company posted revenue of $35.9 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $35.9 million, which beat Street forecasts.
Diamond Hill Investment Group shares have dropped 7 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $191.90, a decline of almost 3 percent in the last 12 months.
