3 Indicted On Drug Trafficking Charges

SCRANTON — A federal grand jury has indicted three Wilkes-Barre residents on drug trafficking charges, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Dwayne Romail Brown, 38, Michael Rinaldi, 41, and Andrew Henry, 44, are accused of conspiring to distribute more than 500 grams of cocaine between May and August. If convicted, the men face a maximum sentence of up to 40 years in prison. The case was investigated by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration. — JAMES HALPIN
