BATS commissioners to hear program reports Monday
BULLHEAD CITY — Staff will present a paratransit cost analysis report to commissioners during today’s regular quarterly meeting.
Bullhead Area Transit System Commission meets at 5:30 p.m. today at the Bullhead City Council Chamber, 1255 Marina Blvd.
Commissioners also will hear transit program updates and reports on upcoming fixed route service changes, financial reports, sponsorship and advertising, as well as recent and upcoming transit events.
Bullhead City is seeking applications from residents interested in serving on the commission, which meets quarterly on the first Monday of February, May, August and November and in special meetings as required.
Three seats on the commission expire on Sept. 30. The positions have two-year terms effective Oct. 1 and expiring Sept. 30, 2020.
To be eligible, applicants should have a general understanding of the issues addressed by the commission or board seat for which they are applying.

Bullhead City Council makes commission appointments. Council members will consider applications received prior to Sept. 7 at their Sept. 18 meeting. People submitting applications are encouraged to attend this meeting.
