San Antonio Cocktail Conference names featured 2019 cocktail
The signature cocktail for the 2019 San Antonio Cocktail Conference has been unveiled, and it’s the bees knees.
Call me, Honey is a cocktail based with 2 ounces of Deep Eddy original vodka, with ½ ounce lemon juice, 1 ounce orange juice and ½ ounce honey syrup and garnished with a lemon wheel and a dash of cinnamon.
The drink is described by conference reps as: “Sweet and bright, this is a cocktail that is served cold, but with spices that evoke a feeling of warmth and conviviality. It brings you together with friends to share a laugh, enjoy good times — and Call me, Honey.”
The 2019 San Antonio Cocktail Conference, which is organized by Houston Street Charities, is scheduled for Jan. 14-20. A full schedule of events will be released at a later date.
A conference-affiliated event at La Cantera Resort titled Music & Cocktails Weekend runs Friday through Sunday. For tickets and additional information, go to sanantoniococktailconference.com.
