Pike County President Judge Gregory Chelak sentenced:
Jeremy Michael Maun, 34, Matamoras, 16 to 54 months in a state correctional facility and $900 fine for two counts of theft and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia between March 27 and May 16, 2018 in Westfall Twp.
Maureen Alice Sullivan-Brown, 59, Tamiment, four to nine days in the Pike County Jail and $200 fine for possession of drug paraphernalia on March 7, 2017 in Lehman Twp.
Henry Trojanowski, 56, Milford, six months of probation and $200 fine for unsworn falsification to authorities on Sept. 25, 2015 in Milford Twp.
Eric J. Wolak, 36, Dingmans Ferry, one to five years in a state correctional facility, $3,000 fine and 18 month driver’s license suspension for DUI on Aug. 17, 2016 and terroristic threats on March 25, 2017 in Delaware Twp.
Brad Ray Middaugh, 24, Dingmans Ferry, 14 to 60 months in a state correctional facility and $1,000 fine for criminal trespass and simple assault on Feb. 26, 2017 in Milford.
Elizabeth Nicole Riker, 22, Hawley, 72 hours to six months in the Pike County Jail, $1,000 fine and 12 month driver’s license suspension for DUI on Jan. 8 in Blooming Grove Twp.
Jamal Grant, 31, Dingmans Ferry, PA, $300 fine for possession of drug paraphernalia.
