Memorial Day roundup
Rochester’s Memorial Day observances begin at 9:15 a.m. with music from the Plummer Building Carillon. At 9:45 a.m., there will be a procession from Central Park First Avenue to the Soldiers Field Veterans Memorial. The program at Soldiers Field starts at 10:30 a.m.
At noon, veterans organizations will honor those who were buried at sea at the Seventh Street Bridge at Silver Lake Park.
