Crime Stoppers seeking info in aggravated robbery
The Fort Bend County Crime Stoppers is seeking information on a suspect in an aggravated robbery case.
According to Crime Stoppers, at 11:28 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 9, the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office received a report of an aggravated robbery in the 19500 block of Sundance Edge Court in the Grand Mission area of Richmond.
Deputies learned an elderly Asian female was followed home from the iFresh Market at 5708 S. Gessner Road in the Houston area of Fort Bend County and was robbed in her driveway.
“An aggravated robbery is a horrible experience for anyone, but taking advantage of an elderly woman like this is disgusting,” said Sheriff Troy Nehls. “This coward needs to be caught and punished. Call Crime Stoppers and make some cash.”
The suspect is described as a slender black male who was wearing a light gray hooded sweater and matching sweat pants, with white and black tennis shoes. The suspect’s vehicle is described as a black, 2015-18, Dodge Charger displaying an “AutoNation” front dealer plate.
