— RAPPER INDICTED-FABOLOUS — A grand jury in New Jersey has indicted rapper Fabolous on counts of domestic violence and making terroristic threats.

— JERSEY CITY-ARTS — A Jersey City-based dance company and school says it is developing a 14,200-sq. foot facility in the downtown area of the city.
