The following preliminary hearings are scheduled before District Judge Susan Mankamyer in Boswell:

Driving under the

influence

Natalie McKee, 59, Somerset Pike, Jenner Township, was charged Dec. 13 with two counts of driving under the influence and a summary offense. According to a probable-cause affidavit, at about 3:47 p.m. Dec. 10 McKee wrecked into a utility pole along North Main Street in Davidsville. She had a blood alcohol content of 0.295 percent, according to the affidavit. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:45 a.m. Wednesday.Anthony Eash, 29, South Main Street, Hollsopple, was charged Tuesday with three counts of driving under the influence, intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered and drug paraphernalia possession. According to a probable-cause affidavit, at about 12:35 a.m. Dec. 17 Conemaugh Township police found Eash in the driver’s seat of a running car along Covered Bridge Road. A glass pipe and marijuana were in the vehicle. Eash had a blood alcohol content of 0.21 percent, according to the affidavit. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Feb. 20.
