Annual Kite Flying Festival returns to Greenwich Point Beach for 2019
The annual Kite Flying Festival returns to Greenwich Point Park Beach Saturday, April 27, with a raindate of Sunday, April 28.
Participants are encouraged to bring kites of all shapes and sizes, made of plastic, paper or fabric, and may join in a free raffle for gift certificates to Smart Kids Toys. Special award ribbons are given to all high fliers.
The festival is sponsored by the Greenwich Arts Council, the Town Department of Parks and Recreation, India Cultural Center of Greenwich (ICC) and Smart Kids.
