WASHINGTON — The Trump administration says in a court filing it will no longer defend key parts of the Affordable Care Act, including the requirement that people have health insurance and provisions that guarantee access to health insurance regardless of any medical conditions. — SCHOOL TESTING-UTAH — With a July 1 deadline looming, school officials in Utah will ask the federal government for a one-year reprieve from a requirement that 95 percent of students participate in statewide testing.
