"Air Force One" is now available on 4K Combo Pack.

Harrison Ford stars as President James Marshall in “Air Force One.” This 1997 movie is now available on a 4K Ultra HD Combo Pack with Blu-ray and Digital code.

When Air Force One is taken over by Russian neo-nationalists, the president, his wife, his daughter, and much of his staff are held hostage. But before the slaughter begins the escape pod is launched. Thinking that the president has left the plane, the terrorists discuss their demands with the vice president (Glenn Close). The president, however, has hidden in the plane and begins to cause havoc on board, trying to get to the terrorists before any more of the hostages are executed.

President Marshall is a decorated veteran who has a sense of combat and a keen mind. As he tampers with the plane in attempts to make the terrorists land the jet, things get more and more tense, both on board the plane and in the White House. Will Vice President Kathryn Bennett be able to hold things together on the ground while the president is trying to keep his family and the rest of the hostages alive?

This is a heated and intense thriller. The story is gripping and the action is ongoing. This United States President will not give up or give in. He is a fighter and intends on getting the upper hand on the terrorists.

This edge-of-your-seat powerful film co-stars Wendy Crewson and Liesel Matthews as the first lady and the first daughter. Paul Guilfoyle, William H. Macy, Dean Stockwell, and Tom Everett also co-star. The terrorists are led by Gary Oldman and Elya Baskin.

As the action continues on the plane, tension also plays out in the White House Situation Room as Vice President Bennett comes up against Secretary of Defense Walter Dean to figure out who is in control. The Attorney General (Philip Baker Hall) offers advice and clears up the confusion about the 25th Amendment.

Even though this is over two decades old, the movie is just as impactful today as it was when it came out. And now, on 4K it is visually stunning with High Dynamic Range. The Blu-ray includes commentary by director Wolfgang Petersen.

“Air Force One” is still an engrossing movie that has stood the test of time.
