Animal complaint — At 6:44 a.m. April 29, police received a report of a cold and wet dog left outside all night. The dog was taken to the Humane Society.

Disorderly conduct — At 6:07 p.m. April 29, police received a report of a man hitting cars with a lamp around Madison and Curie Streets. The man was located and taken to jail for disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property and bail jumping.

Theft — At 6:08 p.m. April 29, a woman reported an Amazon package was taken from her porch on Grove Street.

Burglary — At 8:12 a.m. April 30, police received a report of money taken out of a car in a garage overnight in the 100 block of East South Street.

Trespassing — At 11:33 a.m. April 30, a man reported someone tried to get into his apartment during the night in the 800 block of South Spring Street.

Trespassing — At 3:38 p.m. April 30, someone reported a person may have entered their home in the night on James Street.

Traffic complaint — At 6:51 p.m. April 30, police received a report that a man was driving a home-made go-cart on Wayland Academy’s track.

Drugs — At 12:31 a.m. May 1, police responded to a report of a man and woman arguing in the 800 block of South Lincoln Avenue. The man was taken into custody for possessing drugs and drug paraphernalia. The woman was taken into custody for felony bail jumping and possessing drug paraphernalia.

Harassment — Around 3:04 p.m. May 1, a woman reported a male threatened her daughter. Police made contact at the high school, 500 Gould St., and he was cited for disorderly conduct. Follow-up was to be done.

Disorderly conduct — At 5:46 p.m. May 1, police responded to a report of two brothers arguing in the 500 block of North Spring Street. One was arrested for disorderly conduct and posted bond.

Unwanted person — At 9:59 p.m. May 1, a woman reported an unwanted man at her residence on Lakecrest Drive. He later left.

Harassment — At 9:59 p.m. May 2, police took a report of harassment on Liberty Street.

Disorderly conduct — At 1:23 a.m. Friday, police took a report of disorderly conduct after two men were arguing on North Spring Street.

Traffic complaint — At 3:13 p.m. Friday, a bartender at Thirsty Beaver, 500 Madison St., reported that someone drove into a pile of gravel the bar has delivered. The driver said they were not paying attention. There were no injuries or damage.

Wellness check — At 4:10 a.m. Saturday, a woman reported a man had been laying in her driveway for 10 minutes in the 200 block of North University Avenue. He was taken to jail for bail jumping.

Disorderly conduct — At 11:35 a.m. Saturday, police responded to an issue between two drivers after one rear-ended the other in the McDonald’s drive-thru, 840 Park Avenue.

Wellness check — At 5:44 p.m. Saturday, police received two reports of children climbing on the scaffolding and roof of the movie theater, 236 Front St. They were returned to their parents.

Drugs — At 7:39 p.m. Saturday, someone reported finding a glass ball jar with marijuana and pills in it around Lombardi Lane and Alvin Circle while out geocaching with the family.

Vandalism — At 12:04 p.m. Sunday, someone reported an egged vehicle in the 400 block of South University Avenue.

Noise complaint — At 1:22 p.m. Sunday, someone reported hearing loud music playing for hours around Lakeshore Drive and West Burnett Street. Police checked the area and only heard lawnmowers and birds.

Vandalism — At 5:40 p.m. Sunday, someone reported an egged vehicle in the 400 block of Madison Street.

Noise complaint — At 10:07 p.m. Sunday, someone reported loud music coming from a car on Lakecrest Drive. Police heard no music upon arrival.

Theft — At 1:20 p.m. Monday, someone reported the theft of an old vehicle in the 100 block of North Spring Street.

Fight — At 8:23 p.m. Monday, police received a report of a man fighting two women in the 100 block of Judson Drive. The man was taken to jail for disorderly conduct, battery and bail jumping.

Threat — At 10:24 p.m. Monday, a woman reported another woman placed a threatening letter in her mailbox. The suspect refused to answer the door. Police slid a citation under her door.

Fire — At 7:28 p.m. Monday, police assisted the fire department after a car set on fire at Walgreens, 607 Park Avenue.

Disorderly conduct — At 10:41 p.m. Monday, police responded to a report of two men arguing at Cousin’s Subs, 820 Park Avenue. They were banned from the store after a confrontation with staff.

Domestic incident — At 7:37 p.m. Tuesday, police responded to a man and a woman arguing on Knaup Drive. They separated for the night.
