Building spotlight on Four-Leaf Towers

Valerie SweetenMay 19, 2019

Near the bustling Uptown Park and Galleria area, Houston’s veteran high-rise, the Four-Leaf Towers, continues to be the “best-kept secret in Houston” according to general manager Raymond Tirado.

What is it about these spectacular dual buildings that residents love sparking dedication and longtime residence in these one-of-a-kind homes?

Designed by renowned architect Cesar Pelli, the Four-Leaf Towers was created with an unprecedented approach to luxury more than three decades ago. With a European-style approach, the towers are set on 9.5 acres in this urban setting, complete with Southern live oaks, distinctive architecture, and eye-catching landscaping.

This location is outstanding. Located at 5100 San Felipe and South Post Oak Lane, high-rise residents are within walking distance of some of Houston’s best shopping and dining in the Galleria and Uptown Park. You can explore nature at Memorial Park only minutes away. There is also easy access to Houston’s Loop 610 to get downtown Houston and Houston’s Texas Medical Center.

The abundance of outdoor living space and amenities makes this a paradise for homeowners living here.

“There’s lot of lawn space,” said Tirado. “It’s just a nice place to live. It’s a world apart. You don’t realize you’re in Houston. There’s a children’s playground and large dog runs. We’re right across from Whole Foods.”

Residents can enjoy a sunken recreational plaza that connects the towers. Outdoors, there are stainless-steel barbecue pits, a swimming pool with resort-style terrace, whirlpool, cabanas, four lighted tennis courts and an outdoor cocktail bar.

Options for living here vary. There are 400 units and four penthouses in each building. Units consist of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom options. Penthouses offer 5,000 square feet.

The Four-Leaf Towers’ health clubs, with one in each tower, are extensively used, said Tirado.

Newly renovated and fully equipped, they feature cardio equipment, massage rooms, heavy weights, whirlpools, and separate saunas. It’s not uncommon to see residents bringing in their own trainers.

Luxury touches are not forgotten as well.

“We have 24/7 maintenance on site, concierge, security and valet. There’s also maid service,” Tirado said.

Their garage is located below the plaza and can accommodate up to 680 vehicles. There is a single entry-exit next to a security station that is staffed by a security guard at all times, 24 hours a day. The garage’s entrance to the garage is under constant closed-circuit surveillance.

Entertaining here is no problem. Party rooms, one in each tower, provide a full-service bar and kitchen that overlook the recreational plaza. Residents may reserve these for private functions.
