Man pleads not guilty to murder charges in shooting
MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) — A New Hampshire man has pleaded not guilty to murder charges in the shooting death of a man in Manchester last year.
Twenty-seven-year-old Paul Dimick is asccused of first- and second-degree murder in the death of Justin Lee in September.
WMUR-TV reports Dimick also pleaded not guilty to having a firearm after having been convicted of at least three felonies, and altering, destroying, concealing or removing the gun.
Dimick was arraigned Thursday.
