Lyndsay Earl wins young farmer employee of the year
Lyndsay Earl has won the Michigan Farm Bureau Young Farmer Employee of the Year award.
According to the Michigan Farm Bureau, the “award is designed to recognize successful young agriculturalists, employed by a farm or agribusiness, for outstanding leadership in farming and contributions to the long-term profitability of the operation on which he/she works.”
“It’s pretty exciting. I don’t realize how much I do and sometimes it is hard to fill out these applications, because sometimes you have to brag about yourself a bit and I don’t think I am very good at that,” said Earl. “It’s a pretty big accomplishment and I am pretty proud of it.”
