BEAUMONT, Texas (AP) _ LaQuan Stallworth scored 19 points and No. 6 Louisiana Tech outscored Lamar 49-19 in the second half Thursday for an 81-44 victory in a Sun Belt Conference game.

The Lady Techsters (25-3, 11-2 Sun Belt) led 32-25 at halftime and held an eight-point advantage with 10:16 remaining when they exploded for a 33-4 run to end the game.

Stallworth, who also had seven rebounds and five steals, led four Louisiana Tech players in double figures. Alisa Burras had 12 points and 11 rebounds, while Monica Maxwell had 12 points and 10 rebounds. Amanda Wilson scored 11 points.

Debbie Cooper scored 14 points to lead Lamar, while Denise Scally added 12 and Jodie Brand 10.

Tech dominated every facet of the game, outrebounding the Lady Cardinals 58-32, forcing 31 turnovers and piling up 21 steals.
