Naval Strength Planning
STUTTGART, Germany — Chief Egbormeiade Agbonselobho, a native of Houston and who has served 14 years in the Navy, is a personnel specialist assigned to the U.S. European Command (EUCOM) and is responsible for Naval Strength Planning.
“My favorite part of being in the Navy is just being part of a great team and watching people grow from knowing nothing to being subject matter experts,” said Agbonselobho.
EUCOM is one of two U.S. forward-deployed geographic combatant commands whose area of focus spans across Europe, portions of Asia and the Middle East, and the Arctic and Atlantic oceans. The command is comprised of more than 60,000 military and civilian personnel, and is responsible for U.S. defense operations and relations with NATO and 51 countries.
EUCOM continues to strengthen existing relationships and build new ones in response to evolving threats and complex challenges.
