Sentencings

Tyler Alexander McEachern, 29, 1891 N. U.S. 31, Scottville, was sentenced to two days in jail with two days credit, could serve up to 93 days in jail during the next year at the court’s discretion and must pay $970 in fines and cost for operating a motor vehicle while impaired by liquor.

Richard Lee Beck, 46, 214 E. Second St., Ludington, was sentenced to one day in jail with one day credit and must pay $285 in fines and costs for illegal breaking and entering.

Scott Donald Davis, 32, 927 N. Washington Ave., Ludington, was sentenced to two days in jail with two days credit, could serve up to 93 days in jail during the next year at the court’s discretion and must pay $895 in fines and costs for operating a motor vehicle while impaired by liquor.

Jeremiah Jacob Tauchus, 30, 209 Crowley St., Scottville, was sentenced to one day in jail with one day credit, could serve up to 93 days in jail during the next year at the court’s discretion and must pay $970 in fines and costs for operating a motor vehicle while impaired by liquor. He had one count of driving the wrong way on a one-way street dismissed with prejudice.

Jacob Riley Odekirk, 26, 2800 N. Peterson Road, Ludington, was sentenced to 32 days in jail with 2 days credit, could serve up to 93 days in jail during the next two years at the court’s discretion and must pay $1,150 in fines and costs for operating a motor vehicle while impaired by a controlled substance.

Arraignments

Jeffrey Micheal Schwartz, 32, 1645 Stoneybrook Drive, Jenison, was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated or under a controlled substance after a May 17 arrest. Bail was set at $5,000, 10 percent deposit, and a pretrial hearing was scheduled for June 17.

Reenya Bilal-Clinton Burrell, 27, 410 S. Washington Ave, Apt. 1, Ludington, was arraigned on a charge of domestic violence, third offense, after a May 18 arrest. Bail was set at $7,500, 10 percent deposit, and a probable cause hearing was scheduled for May 29.

Cheryl Ann Bailey, 62, 104 E. Whittier St., Ludington, was arraigned on a charge of retail fraud-second degree after a May 21 arrest. Bail was set at $2,500, personal recognizance bond, and a pretrial hearing was scheduled for June 17.

Kayla Jean Johnson, 25, 204 S. Harrison St., Ludington, was arraigned on a charge of retail fraud-second degree after a May 21 arrest. Bail was set at $5,000, 10 percent deposit, and a pretrial hearing was scheduled for June 10.

Marquell Wilkinson, 45, 1706 Ruddiman St., Muskegon, was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license after a May 20 arrest. Bail was set at $2,500, 10 percent deposit, and a pretrial hearing was scheduled for June 17.

Francisco Javier Luevano, 43, 133 1/2 S. Main St., Apt 1, Scottville, was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated or under a controlled substance after a May 22 arrest. Bail was set at $2,500, 10 percent deposit, and a pretrial hearing was scheduled for June 24.

Amanda Jean Haiss, 29, 6054 Barnhart Road, Ludington, was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery after a May 23 arrest. Bail was set at $2,500, 10 percent deposit, and a pretrial hearing was scheduled for June 24.

Deandre Cavelle Winston, 33, 6054 Barnhart Road, Ludington, was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery after a May 23 arrest. Bail was set at $2,500, 10 percent deposit, and a pretrial hearing was scheduled for June 24.
