No sign of Mass. woman missing in NY since Dec. 8
CICERO, N.Y. (AP) — More than seven weeks after a Massachusetts woman disappeared after walking out of a Syracuse-area home, police say they still don’t have any clues as to her whereabouts.
The Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office tells The Post-Standard of Syracuse (http://bit.ly/1mLz67t ) that detectives have been working the case since 50-year-old Carol Nee of West Bridgewater, Mass., left a relative’s home in the town of Cicero late on the night of Dec. 8
Authorities say she suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder and acute paranoia. Detectives have tracked Nee’s phone records and finances, and they’ve searched the two-mile radius around the house where she was last seen. So far, there has been no sign of the married mother of two adult daughters.
Detectives say there’s no indication foul play led to Nee’s disappearance.
