Southern California sees another round of very cold weather
LOS ANGELES (AP) — It’s been another cold morning across much of Southern California, with freeze warnings in large areas of the region’s interior and northwest of Los Angeles in sections of Santa Barbara and Ventura counties.
And a frost advisory has been in effect early Thursday farther north along the San Luis Obispo County coast.
The National Weather Service says the warnings and advisories will expire at midmorning.
Forecasters see changes for Southern California as a Pacific storm takes aim for a weekend arrival. A second storm is expected by the middle of next week.
