Young Stamford mom, daughter reported missing

STAMFORD - Police are looking for a Stamford teen who left home Tuesday with her 18-month-old daughter and hasn’t been seen since.

A Silver Alert has been issued for Luisa Lily Soto, 17, and her daughter, Nancy Garcia who left their residence Tuesday.

Soto is a student at Westhill High School but has not shown up for class, police said.

Soto is not employed and does not have a car, police said.

She is described as a Hispanic female, approximately 6 feet tall, and weighing 220 pounds. Soto has a tattoo on her left arm and was last wearing a black and white striped shirt and blue pants, with flower-designed Van sneakers.
