Officers searching for runaway teens

Albuquerque police are asking the public’s help in finding three teenagers who stole a gun and ran away from home late Wednesday night.

APD spokesman Simon Drobik said Dionne Kolody, 16, and Autumn Bailey, 15, ran away with Kolody’s boyfriend David Kirk-Peet, 15.

Police say Kirk stole a gun from his father’s fiancee and picked up the two girls, who packed bags and left through a window of their home sometime after 10:30 p.m.

The trio are believed to be in a gray Chevy Malibu and possibly headed to the Los Lunas area.

Kolody is described as 5 feet tall, 110 pounds, with hazel eyes and brown hair. Bailey is described as 5 feet tall, 110 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Kirk-Peet is described as 5 feet 9 inches, 135 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
