Burglary, battery listed among HPD incident reports

HUNTINGTON — The following information was provided by police reports from the Huntington Police Department:

The Huntington Police Department listed 24 new incident reports in the 24-hour period ending at 3 p.m. Thursday, according to the printout released by the department. However, the individual police reports were not made available, so these are the only known details:

Petit larceny, 4 p.m. Sunday, 800 block of 8th Street.

Breaking and entering auto, receiving or transferring stolen goods — misdemeanor, 3:37 a.m. Thursday, 30th Street and 3 1/2 alley.

Disorderly conduct, profane swearing and drunkenness, burglary tools, 1:58 a.m. Thursday, 10th Street and 4th Avenue.

Petit larceny, fraudulent use of a credit card — value less than $1,000, 6:30 p.m. Dec. 4, 1900 block of Jefferson Avenue.

Petit larceny, 7:11 p.m. Wednesday, 300 block of 34th Street, Guyandotte.

Battery, 4:35 p.m. Wednesday, 800 block of West 2nd Street.

Stolen auto/auto theft, 4 p.m. Sunday, 100 block of 4th Avenue.

Deceased person, 3 p.m. Wednesday, 200 block of Park Circle.

Burglary, entry of dwelling or outhouse, 6:30 a.m. Wednesday, 2900 block of 6th Avenue.

Petit larceny, 5:1 5 a.m. Wednesday, 1500 block of 4th Avenue.

Stolen auto/auto theft, 7 p.m. Tuesday, 800 block of 7th Street.

Possession of a controlled substance, 2:16 a.m. Wednesday, West 2nd Street and Adams Avenue.

The following information was provided by booking records kept at Western Regional Jail:

Margaret Ann Howell-Boyd, 48, was jailed at 10:45 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with grand larceny. Bond was $5,000.

James Stevenson Lynch, 51, was jailed at 7:40 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with being a fugitive from justice. Bond was not set.

Charles Ryland, 72, was jailed at 5:20 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Wayne County charged him with conspiracy, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and altered Sudafed or precursors. Bond was $45,000.

Erica Bollinger, 31, was jailed at 1 p.m. Thursday. Huntington Work Release jailed her on unspecified charges. Bond was not set.
