JACKSON, Tenn. (AP) _ Chantel White scored 23 points and Requette Lindsay came off the bench to add 21 as Central State of Ohio defeated Daemen College 82-63 Wednesday in first round play at the NAIA women's tournament.

Central State (29-3) advances to second round play on Friday. Daemen, making its first national championship tournament appearance, ends the season at 26-5.

Marieme Lo scored 10 of her 18 points during a 19-6 Central State first half run. Her two free throws with 7:59 remaining in the first half gave Central a 28-15 lead. Central went on to take a 43-29 halftime advantage.

Daemen never threatened in the second half as Central's biggest lead came on another pair of Lo free throws with 6:21 remaining giving the Lady Marauders a 72-49 lead.

Daemen's only offensive punch came from Dana Forti who led them with 24 points.
