Food bank to delivery March 26-28

The Somerset County Mobile Food Bank has released its monthly delivery schedule for March 26-28.

Members of qualified households can receive food once this month at one of the following locations:

Tuesday: 11 to 11:45 a.m. at the Central City-Shade Recreation Park along Chestnut Street; 12:30 to 1 p.m. at the Berlin Brethren Church, 620 Main St.; 1:45 to 2:30 p.m. at the Meyersdale Community Building.

Wednesday: 1-1:30 p.m. in Boswell at 231 Center St.; 2 to 2:30 p.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church, just off the Davidsville exit on Route 219; 3:30 to 4 p.m. at the Windber Calvary United Methodist Church, 1800 Stockholm Ave.

Thursday: 12:30 to 1 p.m. in Rockwood at 600 W. Main St.; 2 to 2:30 p.m. at the Confluence Borough Building; 5 to 6 p.m. at the Somerset Area Junior High School. Do not arrive before 4 p.m. at the Somerset location.

Volunteers are needed at all distribution sites and to help load and unload the truck. Volunteers should arrive at the distribution site 20 minutes early. All jobs are outside.
