WSCC, Davenport University to sign agreement for transferring nursing students
VICTORY TWP. — West Shore Community College will sign an articulation agreement with Davenport University at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the John M. Eaton Board Room of the college’s Administrative & Conference Building.
The articulation agreement will assist students who wish to transfer into Davenport’s bachelor of nursing program and outlines a program pathway toward the degree.
Specifically, WSCC students who have completed the associate of applied arts and sciences degree in nursing and passed the registered license exam may transfer credits to Davenport’s bachelor of science degree completion program and will not be required to take duplicative course work.
The agreement will be signed WSCC President Scott Ward and Davenport University President Dr. Richard Pappas.
The agreement is set to begin the fall semester of the 2019-2020 academic year.
