BOSTON MAYOR — Boston Mayor Marty Walsh’s schedule for Monday:
9 a.m. — Walsh attends the public dedication and ceremony for the Edward M. Kennedy Institute, Boston.
5:30 p.m. — Walsh makes an announcement about Boston’s innovation landscape, EDIC Building, 23 Drydock Ave., 7th Floor, South Boston.

OBAMA-KENNEDY INSTITUTE — President Barack Obama, first lady Michelle Obama and Vice President Joe Biden travel to Boston to attend the dedication of the Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the United States Senate. The president also will take part in a DNC round-table closed to the media. The president, vice president, Secretary of State John Kerry, Sen. John McCain and Gov. Charlie Baker are scheduled to speak at the dedication.
