SANTIAGO, Chile — Pope Francis may have finally come to terms with Chile's most famous case of clerical sex abuse and cover-up by spending last week at his Vatican hotel listening to three survivors. But there is another, bigger Chilean scandal brewing that the pope and Chile's deeply discredited Catholic Church are under mounting pressure to address.
