Boeing, down $4.69 at $58.44

The aircraft manufacturer was downgraded to ``neutral″ from ``outperform″ by a Lehman Brothers analyst.

Azurix, up 56 cents at $4.13

The water company’s stock rose on rumors it was being considered for takeover by a German utility.

Navistar, up $6.56 at $36.50

The engine maker’s shares rose on rumors it would be acquired by truck manufacturer Paccar.


Silicon Valley Group, up $7.38 at $33.69

The manufacturer of machines used to make semiconductors is being acquired by rival ASM Lithography in a $1.6 billion stock deal.

Display Technologies, down $1.13 at $1.50

The sign manufacturer said it had hired a broker to help it explore ``strategic alternatives″ including the sale of the company.

MedImmune, down $20.50 at $56.75

The biotechnology company was downgraded to ``market performer″ from ``buy.″
