76ers Sign Miller, Knock McLeod

PHILADELPHIA (AP) _ Anthony Miller, released by the Hawks and Rockets this season, signed a 10-day contract Wednesday with the Philadelphia 76ers.

The 76ers also placed Roshown McLeod on the injured list because of nerve damage in his left calf.

Miller, a 6-foot-9 forward, played two games for Atlanta and one game for Houston this season. He has also played for the Los Angeles Lakers and Golden State Warriors in a seven-year career.

McLeod was obtained from the Atlanta Hawks along with Dikembe Mutombo. He has yet to play for the 76ers.
