Jamestown police capture pit bull that attacked 5 people

JAMESTOWN, N.D. (AP) — Jamestown police say a pit bull that attacked five people in the city has been captured.

KFGO radio reports that the dog was captured Friday evening after the latest victim as able to detain the animal in a garage.

Police say the owner the dog had already been summoned to court for numerous animal violations. He was arrested for conspiracy to commit aggravated assault.
