n Idaho Fish and Game wants to hear from hunters on proposed changes to moose, bighorn sheep and mountain goat hunting seasons for 2019-20, and hunters can attend open house workshops around the state to provide comments. An open house will be held from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. today at the Pocatello Southeast Regional Office, 1345 Barton Road. The deadline for comments is Jan. 3.

n There will be a blood donation opportunity from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. today at Quail Ridge, 797 Hospital Way in Pocatello. Make an appointment to donate blood by downloading the free American Red Cross Blood Donor App, visiting RedCrossBlood.org or calling 1-800-733-2767.

n The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI SI) peer support group meets every Thursday at 6 p.m. at Life Inc., 640 Pershing Ave. in Pocatello. Individuals dealing with mental health and in recovery are encouraged to come.

n The Comedy Project’s mainstage show takes place every Friday at 8 p.m. with doors opening at 7:30 p.m. at MP Dance Studios, 575 E. Second St. in Pocatello. It’s $8 for admission or $5 with a student ID. While live, unscripted comedy can be unpredictable, the performers attempt to maintain an approximately PG-13 rating.
