Husband arrested moments after fatal Southeast Side shooting
A man was arrested Monday evening moments after he was alleged to have fatally shot his wife on the Southeast Side.
Brian Ramos, 38, was charged with murder, according to Jennifer Rodriguez, a San Antonio Police Department spokeswoman.

Investigators said Ramos and his wife were arguing at about 5:40 p.m. in the 100 block of Goliad Road when he shot her multiple times.
She was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

Ramos fled and was arrested moments later when an officer called his phone and he agreed to be taken into custody at a home off Rigsby Road.
The woman, who was not identified Monday evening, leaves behind three children, Rodriguez said.
