Wyoming football adds Shannon Moore as tight ends/fullbacks coach
The University of Wyoming football team announced Tuesday the hiring of Shannon Moore as tight ends/fullbacks coach. Moore spent the previous three years as an assistant coach at East Carolina.
Moore, who played at Black Hills State, also served as an assistant coach at South Dakota State (2006-13) and for two years at Florida International (2014-15). He was also the head coach of the Wyoming Cavalry of the National Indoor Football League for two years (2004-05).
“Shannon is a coach I’ve crossed paths with many times,” UW head coach Craig Bohl said in a release. “He has a broad base of experience coaching ... and he has a great enthusiasm for the University of Wyoming. We’re really excited about having him join our staff.”
