Five people injured in three-vehicle crash in Lincoln
Five people were injured Saturday — two seriously — in a three-vehicle collision in Lincoln, near Pioneers Park, just before 6 p.m., police said.
A car collided with two pickups as one of the pickup drivers was attempting to pull the other pickup out of a ditch on the 3200 block of West Van Dorn Street, Lincoln Police Capt. Bob Farber said.
The five people in the car, a Ford Focus, were injured. Each pickup had one occupant inside at the time, and neither had reported injuries.
