April 13, 2019

JUNEAU -- The Dodge County Master Gardener Association and Extension Dodge County announce the opening of the Ask a Master Gardener Helpline.

Certified Master Gardener volunteers will answer questions about horticultural topics Tuesdays from 9 a.m.-noon and Thursdays from 1-4 p.m. The helpline will be open during the growing season, May 7-Sept. 5.

Clients can send inquiries via email at askamastergardener@att.net, call 920-386-3790 or come to the Dodge County Administration Building, 127 E. Oak St., Juneau, Room 1E.

Helpline volunteers can assist gardeners with identifying flowering and non-flowering plants, trees and shrubs, vegetables, insects or plant diseases. Clients are asked to bring along photos to help with the identification of specific problems. Volunteers also help with general gardening practices and information needed to make and keep gardens healthy, growing and beautiful.
