Camas Valley beats Glendale, 53-39

CAMAS VALLEY — The Camas Valley Hornets outscored the visiting Glendale Pirates 27-14 in the second half and picked up a 53-39 win on Saturday night in a Skyline League South boys basketball game.

Tristan Casteel led the Hornets (6-7, 2-2 South) with 13 points and Jared Hunt added 12. The Standley brothers — Justin and Jared — combined for four 3-pointers and 15 points.

Kalab Cline had 11 points for the Pirates (0-10, 0-3). David Lovaglio and Darrion Jefferson each scored seven.

Glendale will host Riddle Tuesday in a league contest. Camas Valley will host Yoncalla next Saturday.
