September 6, 2018

Another beautiful day in Havasu...

Orchids to Robinson Automotive for another great repair on my car. They do the job right and on time and the price is fair. I have lived here for 23 years and I would not take my car anywhere else.

Orchids to La Vita Dolce for the best Chicken Marsala I have ever tasted. More than 12 dozen orchids to our fantastic server Corey. The bomb, you are.

Orchids to Connie at Car Toys for always going that extra mile and making sure my car is done right even when they are slammed like they were today. She makes going to the car wash pleasurable. You rock Connie!

Onions to the former office manager. Stop driving by my house. Got something to say? Knock on the door!

Orchids to the K-12 Foundation and community members who donated time, money, and prizes to the annual teachers’ dinner. As always, it was a fun evening. We all went home feeling very appreciated! L. Hunter

Onions to the guy and dog in gray Jeep Cherokee! You must think the BLM at the top of Bison is your dog’s own private toilet. Get some poo bags and pack it out you cheapskate! Dog should poo in his own yard.

Onions to the neglect of the John M. Wade Memorial sign at the high school field. It is faded and missing a letter. A young man died on that field. Its condition is a disgrace. Repair this sign.

Orchids to Smiths grocery store online shopping called Clicklist. Choose your foods online and either pick up at the store or have delivered to your home. No going to the store anymore!

Orchids to High Desert Healing/Harvest of Havasu for being the best.

Onions to campaign signs. I’m tired of seeing at them. Please remove.

Orchids to God for letting me live another day.

Onions to the onion about making a list of bad veteran drivers. My veteran’s plate is 2591S. Put me on your list. By the way, we stand for our flag – not for our reputation for being bad drivers. BK

Onions to a company that can’t keep appointments and just keeps giving you the runaround. I hope your business makes it, but I don’t think so. In this small city, word gets around. I will help. Good luck, you’ll need it.

Orchids to Bob’s Auto Shop. It sure is great. We have so many fine businesses that we can count on and who treat us like we are VIPs.
