DANBURY — WestConn scored a pair of 3-0 victories Saturday, beating Plymouth State in the Little East opener for both teams, as well as non-conference foe Lehman College.
“Any day you can pick up a conference win is a good day,” WestConn coach Don Ferguson said in a press release. “We made some unforced errors against Plymouth but displayed our tenacity in the first-set win. Lehman is a developing program and I thank them for making the trip to play us.”

“We needed a good result today and our starters made sure early that we were going to get one,” WestConn coach Alex Harrison said in a press release. “After scoring goals on our first three shots, we were able to let off the gas a bit and get nearly the entire roster into the game today.”
CASTLETON, Vt. — Chauncey Allers and Darion Richeme each scored a goal as WestConn battled to a 2-2 tie with Castleton in the Little East Conference opener for both teams.
