Lee man facing child pornography charges
PITTSFIELD, Mass. (AP) — A Lee man has pleaded not guilty to child pornography charges.
Michael Cahalan was released on personal recognizance after his arraignment Tuesday in Berkshire Superior Court to one count of dissemination of visual material of a child in a state of nudity or sexual conduct and three counts of possession.
The Berkshire Eagle (http://bit.ly/12ZboKb ) reports the charges arose from an Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force investigation in January.
Prosecutors say the incidents are alleged to have occurred between January 13 and February 11.
The 43-year-old Cahalan’s attorney did not comment.
