According to reports provided by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office:
Deputies charged a Bamberg man Thursday with possession of meth after he was found sleeping in his car outside a store on Middleton Drive in Windsor.
A 26-year-old North Augusta woman reported Thursday someone opened a credit card account in her name.
A 31-year-old Johnston man was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct after he was pulled over for driving through a parking lot recklessly on Edgefield Road in North Augusta.
A 32-year-old Aiken woman called police Thursday claiming a 38-year-old man assaulted her, bit her and took her phone at her Riverbirch Drive residence.
According to reports provided by the Aiken Department of Public Safety:
A 45-year-old Aiken woman called police Thursday claiming her boyfriend choked her and pushed her down the steps of their Lancaster Street residence.
A 32-year-old woman reported Thursday someone assaulted her at a bar on Whiskey Road in Aiken and stole her debit card. The debit card was used at a nearby retail store.
An employee at a Whiskey Road retail store called police Thursday after someone stole nearly $300 worth of merchandise and fled in a white Sedan.
Officers charged a man Thursday with disorderly conduct, unlawful possession of a pistol and simple possession of marijuana after he was caught attempting to get into a house on Council Circle in Aiken.
