STAMFORD-A city man jailed for violating a judge’s protective order was brought back to Stamford Monday and charged with repeatedly strangling, beating and forcing his girlfriend to have oral sex, then cutting her with a knife and beating her for bleeding.

Brian Gonzalez, 21, was charged with five counts of strangulation, four counts of unlawful restraint, four counts of threatening, criminal mischief, reckless endangerment, carrying a dangerous weapon, five counts of assault, breach of peace and three counts of violating a judge’s protective order and his being held in lieu of a $525,000 court appearance bond.

In late January, a Stamford woman came forward complaining that Gonzalez had assaulted with a knife a few days earlier.

The woman said she went over to Gonzalez’ Willowbrook Avenue home on Jan 25 and became trapped when he blocked the door, preventing her from leaving.

She said he told her to give him oral sex and she complied. But when he became angry at the way she was performing, he allegedly urinated in her purse. he then began cutting her clothing with a knife and began pretending to stab the woman in the abdomen, all the while saying how he was going to dispose of her body, his six-page arrest affidavit says.

After cutting her finger with a knife, the woman began screaming and Gonzalez allegedly began suffocating her with pillows. When he pulled the pillows off her face and saw all the blood, he gave the woman a hairbrush and told her to clean up the mess.

After making the stain worse, Gonzalez allegedly began beating the woman’s back and sides with his fists and then began pulling her hair so hard the woman thought he was going to rip it off her scalp.

He then allegedly punched the woman on the side of her face by her ear and threw food at her while he was eating, the affidavit said.

No plea was made on the case when he appeared in court Monday.
