MILWAUKEE — Too much rain has slowed spring planting to a crawl in some areas of Wisconsin, in a year in which there are big fears about profitability. Nationwide, net farm income has fallen more than 50 percent since 2013, and it's expected to drop another 6.7 percent this year to the lowest level since 2006, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
