WYOMING GOVERNOR-HAYNES — A losing candidate for governor in Wyoming continues to face legal action involving questions about whether he lives in the state. Physician Taylor Haynes got 5 percent of the vote in last week's Republican primary.

PEDESTRIAN KILLED— A 54-year-old Colorado man has been killed by a suspected drunken driver while crossing a highway. Fifty-four-year-old Michael Campion from Aspen Village was hit and killed while crossing Highway 82 in Basalt just after 9 p.m. Friday.

FALLEN POT — Two people arrested in south-central Nebraska are facing possible prison time for hauling marijuana, including some that had fallen onto Interstate 80. The Kearney Hub reports that 49-year-old Charlie Red, of Sedalia, Colorado, and 29-year-old Damaisy De La Caridad Rodriguez, of Miami, Florida, pleaded no contest Friday in Buffalo County District Court to felony distribution of marijuana.
